Items purchased before 2pm will be delivered by the next working day.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at contact@gavy.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Email contact@gavy.com to start a return.
Will this strap or case fit my device?
Each product page lists the compatible sizes at the bottom. Pick the size that matches the size of your device.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Our products are covered by 12 months of warranty. Some of our products are also covered under our 30-day accidental damage protection. Visit our warranty page for more details.
