Accidental Damage Protection
Mistakes happen. That’s why we cover your purchase with 30 days of Accidental Damage Protection (“ADP warranty”). This warranty gives you additional protection for your Gavy product, as delivered new in the original packaging to the original end-user purchaser (“Product”), subject to the exclusions, and terms and conditions herein.
ADP Warranty Terms and Conditions
Our ADP warranty covers accidental damage to the Product that arises during the first 30 days, starting on the day you purchase the Product. Damage that is caused deliberately, or arises from lack of reasonable care, theft, and/or loss of the Product will not be covered under the ADP warranty.
To be eligible for a claim under the ADP warranty, you must retain the product, proof of purchase, all packaging included with the Product, and any items included with purchase. Only receipts or invoices from our official website or authorized dealers will be accepted as valid proofs of purchase.
At our discretion, we may request for you to provide any combination of the following items for inspection before processing your ADP warranty claim.
- The Product
- Proof of purchase
- Product packaging
- Items included with purchase
Any and all costs incurred in providing the requested items will be borne by the end user.
Our products are not covered by ADP warranty unless else advertized.
Standard Warranty
In addition to our ADP warranty, we offer a 365 day Standard warranty to ensure you stay protected for as long as possible. This warranty gives you additional protection for your Gavy product, as delivered new in the original packaging to the original end-user purchaser (“Product”), subject to the exclusions, and terms and conditions herein.
Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions
Our Standard warranty will last for a period of 365 days, starting on the day the product is purchased.
Products with manufacturing defects such as missing materials or components will be replaced free of charge. Products which are found to have any damage not directly caused by a manufacturing defect will not be covered under this warranty.
To be eligible for a claim under the Standard warranty, you must retain the product, proof of purchase, all packaging included with the product, and any items included with purchase. Only receipts or invoices from our official website or authorized dealers will be accepted as valid proofs of purchase.
At our discretion, we may request for you to provide any combination of the following items for inspection before processing your warranty claim.
- Items included with purchase
- The product
- Proof of purchase
- Product packaging
Any product that is not covered by Standard warranty will be advertized as such.
No warranty or guarantee given by any other person, firm or corporation with respect to the Product shall be binding on Gavy.
