Accidental Damage Protection

Mistakes happen. That’s why we cover your purchase with 30 days of Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) warranty. Simply contact us at warranty@gavy.com, or through one of our authorized partners and we will send you a one-time replacement, free of charge. Below are the terms and conditions for this service.

ADP Warranty Terms and Conditions

Our ADP warranty covers accidental damage that arise during the first 30 days, starting on the day you purchase the product. Deliberate damage, lack of reasonable care, theft, and loss of the product will not be covered under ADP warranty. 

To be eligible for a claim under ADP warranty, you must retain the product and proof of purchase (from our website or authorized dealers). Only receipts or invoices from our official website or authorized dealers will be accepted as valid proofs of purchase.

If necessary, we may request return of products for inspection to process a warranty claim. Any and all shipping costs incurred will be covered by the end-user.

Any product that is not covered by ADP warranty will be advertized as such.

 

Standard+ Warranty

In addition to our ADP warranty, we offer a 365 day Standard+ warranty to ensure you stay protected for as long as possible. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and offers you 50% savings on out-of-warranty damages. Below are the terms and conditions for this service.

Standard+ Warranty Terms and Conditions

Our Standard+ warranty will last for a period of 365 days, starting on the day the product is purchased.

Products with manufacturing defects such as missing materials or components will be replaced free of charge. This clause does not include products with user damage or normal wear and tear.

Products with out-of-warranty damage, such as user damage or normal wear and tear can be replaced at 50% of the product’s manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).  The amount will be based on the product’s MSRP at the time the warranty claim was initiated, not including promotions or discounts. Shipping costs will be borne by the end-user and will be determined during the warranty claim.
